Community Gathering Space

Goal: Provide vibrant gathering space for multi-family apartment community.
Project: GreenSweep designed and executed a multi-disciplinary plan which incorporated landscape, hardscape, and site furnishing installation to completely overhaul the existing collection of dirt and concrete intended to be an outdoor gathering space. Expanses of lush turf now replace barren soil, surrounded by flowering Roses, Rhododendrons and perennials. Crape myrtle trees anchor the center of each area of the courtyard, which will grow to provide shade and summertime blooms. Our skilled hardscape team installed new connecting walkways to allow pedestrian access to new benches made of durable recycled plastic and metal. The end result is an inviting, low-maintenance communal space for all residents to enjoy.
