Being recognized for our focus on safety is a significant achievement. GreenSweep is always striving to create and consistently maintain safe work environments for every team members across every division of our company, because safety is critical to our business. This award is a symbol of the dedication of everyone on our team for operating each day in a safe manner.
Our safety program is in place to ensure that all our employees go home at night in the same way they came to work that day. Our management team has a strong commitment to safety. We review and update our policies as needed and communicate any changes to all employees in a language and manner that they understand. We comply with applicable OSHA and other safety-related regulations; provide personal protective equipment to employees; and follow a reporting system for all work-related injuries, illnesses, and near-miss accidents. We conduct regular tailgate safety training with our crews. Our company is a Drug Free Workplace and enforces a zero-tolerance policy which authorizes random drug/alcohol testing. We have a culture of encouraging and recognizing positive and safe behaviors that often results in rewards for our employees.
